Customer Relations Manager
Jan is responsible for keeping all of our customers happy! She joined the company in October 2001 and has worked her way up from a Service Administrator, before becoming one of our Account Managers. She now oversees the Account Management team in her current role as Customer Relationship Manager. whilst at Network Telecom she has also completed NVQ levels 2 and 3 in customer services.
Jaz is our HR Manager and is therefore responsible for leading the organisations HR programmes and managing employee welfare. She joined the company in March 2006 and has undertaken a Post Grad Diploma in HR Management since being here. She has previously worked as an Office Manager and Operations Manager and is now an integral part of the Management team.Connect with me on Linkedin
Tanya joined us in October 2009 and has worked in finance for 21 years. She has been working in a variety of sectors during this time including Private Healthcare, Motor Trade, NHS and Telecoms. Since working for Network Telecom she has achieved MAAT status back in August 2015 after completing her diploma and her final year of the Association of Account Technicians.Connect with me on Linkedin
Finance Office Manager
Trish is our Finance Office Manager and is therefore responsible for the financial health of the organisation including having to produce reports, develop strategies and plan for the long term. She joined the company in July 2002 and has worked her way up from Accounts Assistant to her current position, whilst completing an NVQ Level 3 In Management as well as various Sage qualifications.
Nick is our Implementation & Support Engineer Manager and is therefore responsible for customer services through the delivery life cycle and ensuring we meet customer expectations when implementing new solutions; as well as helping to provide input on the technical direction for the organisation. Phil is our NOC Manager and is therefore responsible for ensuring the networking systems run efficiently without interruption. He joined the company in January 2012 and has worked his way up from IT Junior, to IT Admin, all the way up to his current role. He has also studied various Cisco qualifications and is in the process of completing his CMI Leadership & Management Level 5.
Karen is our Installations Manager and is therefore responsible for ensuring all new system installs run as smoothly as possible. She joined the company in February 2006 and has worked her way from Installations Administrator to her current role as well as vacating other roles along the way. She has studied for her Level 3 NVQ in Management as well as NVQ Level 2 in Business Administrator.Connect with me on Linkedin
Pete is our IT Manager and is responsible for looking after the entire network and infrastructure over at the Network Telecom offices. He first started working at Network Telecom in August 2011 as a Field IT engineer before leaving in December 2012. During this time he finished off his MCSE qualification . He then returned in December 2015 in his current role.
