The service team are focused on receiving contact from our customers through our dedicated support lines in regards to all products and services offered by Network Telecom.
Once our service team receive and log these requests or incidents, they are then allocated to the relevant departments in order to best assist our customers with the required support in line with our industry leading SLA’s.This process enables us to operate in a structured and effective manner to resolve customer queries fast and efficiently; something we’re very proud of.
