The leadership team at Network Telecom is comprised of highly experienced individuals with proven track records in the telecommunications and services sector, with particular emphasis on business telephony and IT services. Each and every member of our team is confident and authoritative in their area of expertise, acting with integrity at all times, meaning our clients work only with people they can trust. Welcoming, friendly and experts in their field, they are committed to providing the best possible service for each and every customer.
Richard has worked in data communications since the early 1990s across several different sectors, working with OEM Companies such as Opel and General Motors. Before joining Network Telecom, Richard won the Shell Livewire Award for the Black Country region for an innovative media communications software package. He has been with the company since 2002, working his way up to his current position.
Joining us over two years ago, Martin provides board level consultancy for Network Telecom, drawing on his wealth of telecoms experience dating back to the 1990s. A Chartered Accountant, Martin has invaluable knowledge of the communications industry and has worked for organisations including Martin Dawes Telecommunications, TalkTalk and 4net. Outside of work, Martin is a keen cyclist.
Following four years studying marketing at university and 18 months traveling, Chris decided to carve a career in the technology sector. Initially working for a large software house, and then an IT managed service provider, Chris understands the importance of both branding and marketing in the sector. He joined Network Telecom in 2016 and, together with his team, is helping us to unlock our potential.
Colleen started at Network Telecom in 1999 as an office junior and has seen the company grow massively over the years. She has had numerous roles within the business, from working with the maintenance team and account management, to becoming our vastly experienced Director of Operations in 2016. Starting at our founder's home, to the current set-up, she's very proud to have been part of our journey.
