Staff Success Stories
Hannah is responsible for ensuring that all of the customers in her location are happy and up to date with what is going on with their telecoms services, as well as any news or information that they need to be aware of. She has been at the business since July 2007 and worked as a telesales executive before moving into a sales administration role and the service department. She is now an account manager, covering the Birmingham area.
Director of Billing and Retention
Colleen is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of the company’s activities. She joined the organisation in February 2000 and has worked her way up and across the business working in various roles including; Office Junior, Billing Administrator, Account Manager and Customer Relationship Manager. She has over 17 years experience in the industry and really is part of the furniture. Now, as Director of Billing and Retention, she is an integral member of the Senior Management team.
Head of Sales
Heather is responsible for overseeing the entire sales operation across the UK. She initially worked for Network Telecom between November 2008 to October 2011 experiencing different roles including account management and as a sales consultant. She returned in October 2016 as Sales Manager, now boasting over 20 years in a managerial position and 17 years working within the telecoms industry. With her knowledge and experience, she has become an integral part of the leadership team.
George is responsible for preparing financial documents and forms, as well as performing routine calculations and producing reports. He joined us in June 2013 as an apprentice and has since gained valuable qualifications, including a Level 2 Apprenticeship in Business Administration. George is currently attending a college course weekly in order to gain his Level 2 AAT qualification.
General Office Administrator
Anya is responsible for ensuring that the rest of the staff have adequate support to work efficiently. She is responsible for taking care of staff questions and queries around our CRM system. She joined us in October 2013 and has held various positions including receptionist, cover lease desk and holds the position of AKJ Champion. Since being with us, she has undergone an Apprenticeship in Level 2 Business & Administration, which included Level 1 in ICT functional skills. She also holds an NVQ Level 3 in Business & Administration which includes Level 2 in ICT functional skills.
Tanya has worked in finance for 21 years, working in a variety of sectors including Private Healthcare, Motor Trade, NHS and Telecoms. Since working for Network Telecom, she has achieved MAAT status after completing her diploma and her final year of the Association of Account Technicians.
Senior Installations Administrator
Sarah is our Senior Installations Administrator and joined the company in October 2010. She has worked in Telesales, as an Installations Administrator and is now the Senior Installations Administrator. She has previously worked in various Customer Service roles. Since being at Network Telecom she has achieved a Pearson EDI Level 2 NVQ Certificate in Customer Service.
