Working within the finance team, this full time position is an exciting opportunity for an individual who can clearly demonstrate they have the experience, skill set, capability and personality to take ownership of the following key areas.
Chasing outstanding debts of 2000 live accounts
Updating of aged debt analysis
Handles disputed accounts and negotiates to bring payment into line with terms
Liaising with other departments to resolve account queries
Ownership of ledger of accounts
Maintains accurate and up to date customer details and account records
Provides up to date and accurate monthly credit control reports
Other adhoc admin duties in line with the finance arena
A background in being successful in all the above, within the SME arena, and by using Sage line 50 is essential.
You will have a high volume of experience and the ability to work within a team environment as well as independently. You will be diligent, accurate and detailed with good communication skills. Good interpersonal skills are also required with experience of dealing with people at all levels within the organisation.
The post holder will be required to work flexibly, in a rapidly developing office environment. It may be necessary to assist, or cover for, other administrative staff from time to time.
