Customer Relations Manager
Jan is responsible for keeping all of our customers happy! She joined the company in October 2001 and has worked her way up from a Service Administrator to becoming one of our Account Managers. She now oversees the Account Management team in her current role as Customer Relationship Manager and, whilst at Network Telecom, has also completed NVQ levels 2 and 3 in Customer Service.
Jaz is our HR Manager and is responsible for leading our organisation's HR programmes and managing employee welfare. She joined the company in March 2006 and has undertaken a Post Grad Diploma in HR Management since being here. Tanya joined us in October 2009 and has worked in finance for 21 years. She has worked in a variety of sectors including Healthcare, Automotive and Telecoms. Finance Office Manager
Trish is our Finance Office Manager and is responsible for the financial health of our organisation, covering everything from producing reports to developing strategies and plans for the long term. She joined the company in July 2002 and has worked her way up from Accounts Assistant to her current position, whilst completing an NVQ Level 3 In Management as well as various Sage qualifications.
Nick is our Implementation & Support Engineer Manager and is responsible for maintaining the highest standards of customer service all the way through our delivery life cycle. Nick ensures that we meet customer expectations when implementing new solutions, as well as providing input on the technical direction of our organisation. Phil is our NOC Manager and is responsible for ensuring our networking systems run efficiently and without interruption. He joined the company in January 2012 and has worked his way from IT Junior and IT Admin, all the way up to his current role. He has also studied for various Cisco qualifications and is in the process of completing his CMI Leadership & Management Level 5.
