The Network Telecom team is committed to ensuring the health and safety of our staff and customers throughout this challenging time. As the COVID-19 situation develops and government guidance evolves, we want to keep you updated on the measures we have put in place to support our team and our customers.
Since the beginning of this crisis, all of our staff have worked from home, with full remote working capabilities in place. This has allowed our teams to operate as close to normal as possible, serving our customers and clients to the same high standards as they would in the office. With staff working with the latest communications technology and having full access to all our systems, the support we offer to our customers and the processes that we operate with have been able to continue without disruption.
Visiting customer sites
We are always focused on providing first class customer service and understand that your business may need extra support during this uncertain situation. Our customer service operatives, account managers, sales consultants and engineers are currently working from home, with processes for remote installations, virtual consultations and technical support in place. However, if a site visit is required for sales or engineering, our staff will be taking extra precautions when visiting customer premises to prevent the risk of spreading the virus. These precautions include adhering to social distancing, keeping activity on site to a minimum and wearing appropriate PPE.
