How to successfully support new staff remotely

Prior to any new employee starting remotely, you will need to make sure that you have supplied them with all of the right equipment to ensure that they can do their job properly. By liaising with your IT department, you will be able to glean exactly what your new member of staff needs, such as a laptop, a keyboard, a computer monitor and a phone system. Additionally, you’ll need to think about the business functionality of their role in regard to what department they sit within and what their day-to-day working life will look like.
