What to do if you have a line fault

If you have access to a landline or a mobile then the best way to report an issue is to call us straight away on 0800 097 6543 and select option 1. This will take you straight through to our expert team of in-house engineers who will be able to look into your issue and help you to resolve the fault. Many problems will be resolved there and then on your call.

We pride ourselves on providing 24/7 maintenance support with every telecoms system that we install. Need support out of normal office hours? That’s not a problem. Our engineering team are some of the best trained in the industry, have completed rigorous training and are always on hand to keep your business communicating.

Don’t have access to a phone? From the hours of 9am-5:30pm our support agents are online on our LiveChat service and ready to help. Just head to our website, open a chat window and give them the details of your fault. They can then advise you on the next course of action and ensure an engineer is assigned to your ticket.
