It doesn’t matter whether you’re a new customer or existing customer, there will always be someone on hand who will be happy to help.
If you’re an existing Network Telecom customer

If you have access to a landline or a mobile and need to report an urgent fault, then call us straight away on 0800 097 6543 and select option 1. This will connect you directly to our expert team of in-house engineers who will be able to investigate the problem and help you to resolve the issue. Many faults will be resolved right there and then on your call.
At Network Telecom we offer 24/7 maintenance support with every office telephone system and telecoms service that we install. Unlike many business telecoms providers, if you need support out of normal office hours then you can rest assured that we are there to help. Our engineering team are some of the most highly trained in the industry, have completed thorough training and are always on hand to keep your business talking.
Talk to your Account Manager
If you would like to discuss your account, have any queries or would like to speak about upgrading/ altering your business telecoms system, your dedicated account manager will be more than happy to help. Simply email them, call or ask to arrange a visit and they will be able to assist.
Can’t access a phone? From the hours of 9am-5:30pm our support agents are online and ready to chat to you via our LiveChat service. Just head to our website, open a chat window and report your issue. They can then advise you on the next course of action and ensure an engineer is assigned to your ticket to resolve the fault.
Prefer to email? If you would like to report your line fault or connectivity issue via email then please send your message to firstname.lastname@example.org and a ticket will be raised with the appropriate department and engineer.
