    We understand that your business mobile is now a way of life and if you have a problem, it is imperative that you get back up and running as soon as possible. That’s why Network Telecom offer an instant exchange service on all broken or damaged phones no questions asked.

  • Do you provide tablets as well?

    Tablets have seen their business use increase dramatically in recent years as companies have begin using them during business meetings and to support remote working. As with our business mobiles, we have a full range of tablets, sizes and tariffs, all of which are suitable for business use.

  • I want to change my plan.

    Being completely independent, you don’t have to sit on-hold with the big networks customer services lines. You can come straight to us and your Account Manager will discuss your bill with you, upgrading or stripping back your package as required.

  • Whats involved in my quarterly bill review?

    Our designated Mobiles team will endeavor to look at your bills at least once a quarter. This free value-add service includes looking the usage and spend across all devices and employees on your business mobiles contract. They'll be on the look out for cost saving opportunities and any over usage that is causing a problem with your bills. Should they see any method of saving money, either through a simple bolt-on or change of actual tariff, they'll be in touch straight away.
