Dedicated Account Management

When becoming a Network Telecom client, you will be appointed a dedicated Account Manager who will be in regular contact to offer advice and guidance form the get-go. You’ll have direct access to your Account Manager and they'll assist you should you have any questions or queries. Phone System Training

Thanks to our team of expert trainers, we can provide remote and onsite training on our business phone systems, including our NT Multimedia and Panasonic handsets. With our fully functioning Demo Suite and video conferencing capabilities, our trainers tailor each session to your individual needs to ensure that your team are confident and comfortable with your new technology. UK Wide Installation

Without an operational phone system, most businesses will suffer from a lack of productivity and earnings. It has to be installed right, first-time. Our telephone system installations are usually completed within the same day. Included within this day is a consultation with you about the best place for the system to be installed and a full test of all the equipment by our in-house engineer. Finally, they will train you and your team to ensure you can get the most out of all your new features and benefits.

IT Team and Maintenance

We provide maintenance and 24/7 support with every business phone system we install. If your business has requirements for phone maintenance outside of normal office hours, that's no problem. Our IT Team hosts a team of in-house engineers, each equipped with a range of technical skills to remotely diagnose and solve any telephony, IT and connectivity issues or requests that you may have.
