With our team of expert training facilitators, a fully functional demo suite and video conferencing capabilities, we provide remote and onsite training for a range of phone systems, including our pioneering video phone NT Multimedia and Panasonic handsets. Each training session is tailored to the individual needs of the customer and will ensure you’re completely confident and comfortable with your new system.
With the emphasis on ensuring your new phone system is installed correctly and efficiently, our in-house Engineers work hard to get your services up and running as soon as possible and usually within one day. As well as installation, the Engineer will also consult with you to decide where the system will be best situated and will run a full test of all equipment before leaving the premises.
If your business requires phone maintenance outside of normal office hours, that’s no problem. Our IT experts host a team of highly trained in-house Engineers, each equipped with a range of technical skills to remotely diagnose and solve any issues you may have.
As well as phone systems, our team of in-house Engineers also install network cabling infrastructures to carry both voice and data information.
