The service team are focused on contacting our customers through our dedicated support lines, covering all of the products and services we offer Network Telecom.

Once our service team receive and log these requests or incidents, they are then allocated to the relevant departments. We always work to best assist our customers in line with our industry leading SLA’s. This allows us to operate in a structured and effective manner, resolving customer queries quickly and efficiently. This is something we’re very proud of.
